Boarding your furry family member can be a nerve-wracking experience for pet parents, so we’ve made it our goal to ensure that your pet has tons of fun at our dog boarding facilities in Montclair. Our overnight guests enjoy the following benefits:
During our most in-demand boarding timeframes, a nightly Peak Season surcharge will be added to all boarding reservations. Peak season dates include any major holidays and local school breaks. Please call for more information!
We charge a late check-out fee for all dog boarding guests who are picked up after 12 pm, equal to a half-day of daycare. Your pup will still get to enjoy our fun facility while they wait to be picked up!
Meet and Greet Day Required
Prices shown do not include tax. Prices include daycare through noon on the day of pickup. Pickups after 12pm following an overnight stay will incur an extended, half-day boarding fee.
● Rabies – Must be renewed every 1 to 3 years.
● Distemper/Parvo – Must be renewed 1 to 3 years.
● Bordetella (Kennel Cough) – Must be renewed every 1 year.
● All dogs over the age of 7 months must also be neutered or spayed.
● If vaccinations are renewed on the same day that they expire, your pet must complete a 24-48 hour waiting period before being allowed to come into the facility.
PUPPIES:
● Note: Dogs can start daycare as early as four-months-old as long as he/she has completed the DHPP Series, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccinations. Once your puppy turns seven months old, they will need to be spayed or neutered in order to participate in group daycare. We do provide individual playtime or one-on-one time with our staff and your dog if needed. Additional fees apply.
● For your convenience, records can be emailed to montclair@pupsatplay.net or uploaded to your online account once you’ve created profiles for you and your pet.

Additional toys, beds, blankets, food, and treats that will bring your dog comfort during his/her stay are always welcome. We ask that you DO NOT bring feeding bowls as our facility will provide them. Be sure your pet has a name tag.
Please bring enough food for the duration of your pet's boarding stay. You must provide individual prepackaged containers or Ziplock bags with your pet’s name and food measured by meal or a meal packaging fee of $3 per day (max of $15 per boarding stay) will be applied to your pet’s invoice. Canned food and meal toppers are accepted in their original container but must be labeled with your pet's name.
We are happy to administer oral or topical medications or supplements to your pets! Medication must be in the original prescribed container with the prescription label adhered.
Guests must be dropped off by 5pm; please call the front desk to let us know if you are unable to make it by that time. Guest must be picked up by noon on the day of departure to avoid additional charges.
